Jacob Friis, the New England Honorary Consul for Denmark, is president of Management Diagnostics, a management consulting firm serving clients in financial services, manufacturing, and academic institutions in the areas of strategy, project management, and performance measures.
He also serves as a goodwill ambassador for Copenhagen Capacity and Wonderful Copenhagen promoting connectivity between Denmark and US-based organizations. He is on the board of directors for the Crown Prince Frederik Fund and the US Fund for UNICEF.
He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Operations Research and Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Copenhagen Business School.
